Lantronix, Inc. (NASDAQ: LTRX), a global IoT solutions provider, reported first-quarter fiscal 2025 results, showing a year-over-year revenue increase of 4% to $34.4 million. The company’s GAAP EPS came in at a loss of $0.07, compared to a loss of $0.05 in the prior year. Non-GAAP EPS was $0.06, down from $0.07 the previous year and $0.15 in the prior quarter, reflecting sequential declines as anticipated.
Looking forward, Lantronix expects second-quarter fiscal 2025 revenue between $29 million and $33 million, with non-GAAP EPS projected at $0.01 to $0.05. This outlook excludes potential contributions from its pending acquisition of NetComm’s IoT product line, contingent upon the acquisition’s close date.
